- We usually recommand two petits pâtés per person when they are accompanied with salad as part of an entrée or an aperitif with a cocktail.
- The petits pâtés are best served warm :
- In a traditionnel oven between 3 and 5 minutes at 180°c
- Or alternatively in a microwave oven for an average of between 6 and 10 seconds at a medium temperature.
