Dominique CAZANAVE worked as a baker from 1968 to 1994. In 1985 he owned a bakery in Pézenas (small town in the south of France) and was already making the local speciality Petits Pâtés.
Demonstrating its commitment to food safety and hygiene, meeting demands of legislation and customers at both national and Europeen levels, the company obtained the HACCP certification not long after its creation. Dominique Cazanave, as a serious and dedicated company owner, works with modern equipment and is focused on the quality of his production, with the respect of high level of hygiene and safety standards.
